JamVOX Windows XP SP3 USB problem « VOX

Hi,

I have some problem to install my JamVOX on Windows XP SP3.
I have install the JamVOX software but at the end, when I connect the JamVox on USB I always see "Unknown Device".
I tried to unistall all and re-install but it's the same.
Any Idea?

P.S. On my laptop with Windows Vista SP2 it's works!

Why are you still using XP?
I would update to Vista and prob=solved.

I have installed Vista and it's works, but at the first reboot I have the same problem.

Idea?

Update
I have re-installed JamVox on Vista but nothing: same problem.
After I reboot my PC with JamVOX Monitor "plugged" and when Vista is started it has loaded the drivers and now is OK.
Idea?

I have Windows 7 and everytime I Connect the monitor the program will not start, then after i click the Jamvox icon it says ''Monitor not connected'' any Ideas anybody?
