I just purchased yesterday on line and every time I try to play song from itunes, the software crashes.
Is there or will there be an update to rectify?
This also happens when trying to play an Mpeg4audio file. Is this type of file not supported?

I am unable to open/play any audio file from JamVox. Everytime I attempt to open an audio file, use the iTunes feature or use the "drag and drop" feature I immediately get "JamVOX has stopped working. Really disappointed with this release. Look and feel has been completely changed. I can still use the JamVOX for a glorified PC speaker and it works fine as just a PC amp. It's just the audio file feature that is not working - which is the primary reason I purchased this product so I could cancel the voices and jam along to the music.

I have had the same problem with Itunes files . Afix to this is to right click on the track in itunes and choose create MP3 version go to file in Jam Vox click on itunes media music and away you go. Or get a program from the net to convert utube music file to mp3 and create a folder to put converted tracks into.I find utube useful as you can see what key artists are playing in as albums are often in a different key I found James Morrison This boy in a different key to what James plays on the Undiscovered Album hope this helps
