I have multiple Itunes accounts on the PC, and Jamvox has synced with the wrong one - anyone knpw how to select which iTunes account it syncs with ?

JamVOX will sync with the library that is setup for the user that is logged into the OS at the moment. When you say you have multiple accounts, do you mean multiple accounts to make purchases with or just different user profiles on your OS with different libraries for each account?

we have one OS account and several separate iTunes accounts, and JamVox syncs with my wifes iTunes. Is there any way to change which Itunes JamVox will sync with ?
