I want to plug my VT100 into my Macbook to record onto Garageband. Any idea how i would go about doing that?

Connect the headphone out of the VT100 to your audio interface.
I think the headphone out is stereo so you will need a stereo jack to two mono jack cable to record in stereo.

or if you don't have an interface get a mini to mini cable, the kind you use to plug an iPhone (or mp3 player) into a car stereo and just to into the microphone jack. Keep in mind that the quality you get won't be that good, though enough to jot down musical ideas.
