I have just downloaded software for T/L ST. All software appears to have installed correctly but only have a desktop icon for the librarian. I cannot find a way to open the T/L ST itself. Any help welcomed.

The TLST itself is hardware, you can't 'open it itself' on the computer. The librarian software is the software that communicates with the TLST, can import and export settings, change to presets on the tonelab by selecting them in the librarian program, save and load preset lists.

Thanks for that, but what I meant to say is, how to you make changes to tonelab presets on the computer without opening a virtual tonelab

I think you may need to to formulate the question again. I'll try to answer what I think you may be asking.
The Vox librarian software is somewhat limited in functionality. There are some third party programs around that give some more control to change/edit presets and settings on the tonelab from the computer. With the Vox software you can only change settings in presets on the TLST itself using the various dials and buttons on the device itself, and from the software only make the tonelab go to a different preset.

Thanks for that, I have now downloaded the third party software you mention. All is working well and I can now edit TL via computer. Thanks for your input.
