I am extremely pleased with my jamvox. It's like having $30,000 worth of equipment at your disposal. The sound reproduction is not a cheap synthesized sound, it is true to life. Everything in the program works great. However I am unable to register my jamvox to access the online services to download songs. During registration it keeps saying product code not available. How can I fix this? I really want to start learning new songs.
