Hi, I have recently downloaded the 1.52 software upgrade for my Jamvox. The file is now sitting on my desktop........can anyone tell me how I install it ?

If you can,t open the file on your desktop by double clicking , go in to your download files it should be there, do not connect you jamvox monitor until to do so , once the program as been installed and only then plug in your monitor , it will then install the drivers for the monitor , if everything is ok you will see the jamvox icon on your desktop . do not be put off if you have to keep installing the softwear, it happened to me i was going to give up the ghost and send it back , but im glad i didnt , its the best thing out there for the price ,we all do not have a practice room obove our garage , so what you need is ,a comfortable chair , a laptop resting on the arm of the chair or sofa , guitar and headphones , headphones for the use when others are watching TV !!!!!!!!!!
