Hi maciek3cc. I've just replaced this particular transistor in my DA5 - I destroyed it when I accidentally powered the amp with the a.c. power supply from my Pod XT!!(doh!!).
Anyhow, it appears to be a series regulator bypass power transistor(only a guess!). It's a KTC2026 NPN silicon planar transistor.I purchased it online from Little Diode in the UK for about £8 plus postage. When you replace it make sure that it has a good coating of the white heat conducting compound on its seating face; and make sure that it is securely screwed to the metal chassis.Good luck!
