I am the original owner of my JamVox (bought in 2008) but I lost my account credentials. Because I do not remember my user name I cannot get my password reset. I cannot create another account because the JamVox serial number is already being used by my first account. I phoned distributors after distributors but no one was of assistance in resolving this problem. Do anyone know how to get in touch with people behing the http://www.jamvox-online.com/ site? or can propose me resolution to my problem?
