Hi. I have a valvetronix VT50. amazing amp, but for some reason it isnt working right. i was playing the other day and all of the sudden it stopped working. the power light still comes on and the tube still glows, but none of the other lights come on such as the bank, manual mode, or preset mode lights. it also makes a strange low sound. Can anyone help me?

If possible, in case its a software filepath corruption, try an amp reset back to factory settings. If you can't, or if you can but nothing changes, it sounds as if the problem might be serious.
Is your amp still under warranty? If so, it sounds that (unless a reset works) this is going to have to go back to Vox for repair.

I was unable to restore it to factory settings. The thing is just dead and it makes no sense. I was never given any kind of paperwork for a manufacturer's warranty nor could i afford one at guitar center because i spent all of my money on the amp and footswitch. I have'nt even had the damn thing for 5 months. This is depressing...

Have no fear....
You will just need a copy of your original receipt from Guitar Center to get any warranty work done. If you do not have it they should be able to print it out at the store where you purchased.

My amp makes a beeping sound when you first turn it on. Also it changes between amp models on its on. I've tried the factory reset, but still has not helped. Bought it new off e-bay from a music store as a floor demo. Any help as what could be wrong with it. Its a GREAT SOUNDING amp.
