The only cable it comes with and that you need is the ethernet connector. Details of the cable are in the VC12 manual (p.4) that you can load down in .pdf format from the support section here:

http://www.voxamps.com/support/manuals/

The included cable is a 10Base-T “straight”
cable with secure latching system.
Note: The included cable is for connecting
the VC-12 to VOX BUS-compatible equipment.
Do not use it for any other type of
connection.
If you need to buy a replacement, or additional
cable, contact your VOX dealer. Alternatively,
you can use a standard 10Base-T
computer network cable. Make sure you get a
“straight” cable, not a “crossed” cable.
Warning: Using a 10Base-T “crossed” cable
will damage the connected device and
invalidate your warranty.

You can get this type of cable easily on the internet, e-bay or any computer/electrical parts retailer eg Maplin in the UK (or Radio Shack in the US) or even from Vox, but it won't come with the Neutrik secure latch. However, you can buy this separately & it's easy to fit - it literally slips/fits over the ethernet connection (ie no wiring issues!)

You don't need the secure latching system, although it's nice to have. Although these 'Neutrik' latches were fitted to the original cables that came with the VC12, even if you buy a cable from Vox direct (and if you check with customer support they should be able to supply one, too) even these don't come with the Neutrik latch. I know, because I bought my spare from Vox and had to pay extra for the latch (which they supplied too).

So try Vox support first, & ask for the Neutrik latch connector too (although you'll have to fit this yourself).

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 2 types of USB Neutrik connector. One is designed for use with a cable that has no ethernet connector fitted (this is what you do NOT want); the other is designed to fit over a cable that already has the ethernet connector prefitted - This is the one you want (for 'reassembled' cables):

I recently bought a good as new used VC 12 to go with my AD 120 VTH.The operation manual although detailed is complicated and I'm having a bit of trouble deciphering it.Are there any videos on line or available in stores that demonstrate the operation of the VC 12?I'm not a slack-jawed knuckle dragger but this manual is very hard to comprehend.Any help would be most appreciated....Thanks.
