found someone at work that had a Vox 2 switch pedal for ac15c1, and it worked. It turned the reverb back on and now to return the other pedal and order vox. Thanks again!

Thanks for the fast reply, the pedal they sold me is NOT a Vox but a LiveWire dual foot switch. I have read in other forums the same answer as you gave and mentioned it over the phone to the store (since it is over 50 miles away I called) and the salesman seemed to think "it should not matter what pedal". He did offer to look it over and trade in for new with no problem as well. I tried using my waa pedal to switchon reverb, and it seemed to work as long as I had the waa at full through, not what I want. Will take it in for trade or if he gets in the Vox pedal (not in stock) and it works, trade pedals. Love the amp otherwise, and now that I have found this site I feel I can learn more on the whole guitar thing. Thanks again voxman!

It sounds as if the pedal switch might be the problem. I recommend you call the store & explain the problem. If they are not able to troubleshoot a resolution over the phone, you should take the amp back to them and, unless its something 'silly' that they can immediately remedy (eg giving you a new pedal if the original is faulty), then you should simply ask them to exchange the amp (don't accept the amp being sent away for repairs!).

I got it home and within 30 mins the reverb stopped working. I checked the pedal connection and even disconnected it as well and still no reverb. Is there something I am overlooking as I am fairly new at this. The reverb worked without the pedal and with when I first got home, I had been switching between trem and reverb and it just quit coming back on. Thanks for any help.
